We offer both Free and Paid Membership Plans (Silver, Gold, and Diamond) for users seeking enhanced access to our matrimonial services. All paid memberships are valid for the duration mentioned during purchase (e.g., 30 days) and are activated immediately after successful payment.

2. Refund Policy

  • All payments made to True Match Australia are non-refundable once the membership plan is activated.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused subscription periods.
  • Refunds will not be provided in case of:
    • User dissatisfaction with matches, connections, or outcomes.
    • Failure to find a suitable match within the membership duration.
    • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, we will review the transaction and process a refund if applicable within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their membership renewal anytime through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@truematchaustralia.au.

  • Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancelled accounts will not receive prorated refunds for the remaining duration.
  • After cancellation, all profile data may remain visible until you choose to permanently delete your account.

4. Automatic Renewals

Some plans may be set to renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your account settings before the renewal date. Once renewed, the plan will be considered as a new purchase and non-refundable.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

6. Service Modifications
